Yes, we got our first family tent. Gone (for awhile) are the days of long wilderness expeditions. But you probably never realized how much fun one can have with zippers. Here is Emmy's first time in the tent. We later spent the night in it and probably slept 3 hours. One day we'll try it again.

Here's a video of us paddling our 3 person kayak down the Connecticut River. We put in just a mile from our house and paddled 5 miles to downtown Putney on a beautiful late August evening.
